Valentina De Venanzi is currently Associate Partner at XTLNT. Valentina has worked for premiere Executive Search Firms for more than 15 years, serving the international market while based out of several locations within Europe (Spain, Switzerland, UK), LATAM and now the US.

Over her career, she has developed an extensive network of professionals, specializing in Head Hunting, Recruitment and Human Resources Strategy.

Valentina has a great deal of experience recruiting top-level executives for major Corporations in the financial sector, such as: Santander Bank, BBVA, HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS, Societe Generale, BSI, Credit Agricole, among others. Also in industries as IT and Entertainment.

Ms. De Venanzi has a B.A’s Degree in Psychology (Universidad Central de Venezuela), Master’s Degree in Strategy and Management Consulting (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), Master’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology (Quality Phsicologyst Institute), a Specialization in Human Resources (London School of Economic) and Certificate in Project Management (Purdue University Indiana).
