Alfonso Goyeneche is the President & Managing Partner of XTLNT.
From 2012 to 2018 he was a Partner at Amrop Seeliger & Conde US and served as the Head of the Financial Services Practice for the Americas.
Enrique is originally from Spain and he moved to the United States in 2017. He is a partner of XTLNT since its foundation in 2019.
Prior to joining XTLNT, Enrique has developed a 25 years of professional career.
Michael Schmidlin joined XTLNT in 2019.
From 2014 to 2018 he was Senior Research Associate with Amrop Switzerland.
Prior to joining XTLNT´s international team, Rafael has devoted his 30+ years of professional life to introducing and developing international businesses and brand portfolios for the CPG and Retail industries in North America, LATAM and Spain.
Prior to this, she worked in executive recruitment, in both boutique and large firms alike. While specializing in Finance and Accounting, she has covered a wide range of functions and industries in her search efforts.
Alvaro Moncada joined XTLNT in 2019.
Alvaro V. Moncada is a digital pioneer with vast experience in starting up digital ventures, as well as evolving traditional companies from their core, to point them towards digital success.
