Michael Schmidlin joined XTLNT in 2019. From 2014 to 2018 he was Senior Research Associate with Amrop Switzerland. 

 

In parallel he was member of the Amrop Talent Team (Amrop Explorers), working on innovation projects for the Amrop Group. Prior to Amrop, Michael worked for an innovative and award-winning Social Business aiming to empower youths.

Grown up in German-speaking Switzerland, Michael is passionate about different cultures and languages. He studied in Lausanne and Geneva and worked in countries as different as Peru, Venezuela, Japan and the U.S..

Michael holds a M.A. in Political Science from the University of Geneva.
