Juan Narvaez is a Partner at XTLNT.
 

Since 2014 he has been the Founder & Managing Partner of Narvaez Search Advisors (NSA), an international executive search firm with offices in Miami, Madrid and Mexico City, serving clients across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.

From 2011 to 2014 he was a Consultant at Acheron Partners in Madrid, specializing in the Financial Services and Legal sectors. In 2013 he opened and led the firm's Mexico City office as Director.
 

He began his career in corporate banking as a Relationship Manager at Banco Español de Crédito (Banesto), following roles in Trade Marketing at L'Oréal and summer internships at J.P. Morgan in London.
 

Juan holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, including an Erasmus year at the University of Padua, and has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since 2009.
