Maria joined XTLNT in 2022.

Prior to this, she worked in executive recruitment, in both boutique and large firms alike. While specializing in Finance and Accounting, she has covered a wide range of functions and industries in her search efforts.

​

She started recruiting in 2014 with Adecco Venezuela, quickly fell in love with managing a candidate pool and finding the right fit for her clients.

​

Maria is dedicated to each project and takes great pride in helping companies to develop effective strategies, grow their teams and achieve their full potential, while also helping people accomplish their goals and being able to find a true ally in her.  

Originally from Venezuela, she loves traveling, good food, and exploring her city.  

Maria holds a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology.
