Rafael joined XTLNT in 2023.
Prior to joining XTLNT´s international team, Rafael has devoted his 30+ years of professional life to introducing and developing international businesses and brand portfolios for the CPG and Retail industries in North America, LATAM and Spain.
His professional skillset spans across M&A advisory, business and sales consulting, strategic planning and go-to-market strategy under several business areas.
Rafael is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having served as Co-founder, Partner and managing executive for ventures in Europe and the United States.
